Hi,
I have a T&C for my small business but its an amateurish hash up.
I could do with something a tad more proffessional, should i just copy those
of somebody in a similar business and change as appropriate, or is there
somewhere on the web i can find docs i can alter to suit my needs or should
i employ a proffessional.
It a wholesale spectacle business if it matters, account customers, supply
by courier.
I have built ours from looking at other peoples and also from reading
books on contract law. I also have to approve suppliers t's & c's, and
it is amazing how many are either unlikely to be enforceable, or
alternatively would result in loosing a customer if you tried to enforce
them.
