The only caveat to that is that as the witness statement was filed after
witness statements were exchanged you did need to make an application to
get the witness statement in. The statement itself as others have said
does not need a stamp.

You did get a copy of the order saying that the statement could be
allowed in?


Yes I put it in with a N244 application and I have received
notification from the court that one has gone through ex-parte. I am
now awaiting a decision on a second statement and exhibits that were
necessary because of the line the other side took in their rebuttal
