Eviction for nuisance.
Woman, 22, evicted from home
A York woman who made life a misery for her neighbours in the block of
flats where she lived has been evicted.
Linsey Dickinson, 22, was ordered to leave her home following a string
of disturbances at her flat on Lucas Avenue, Clifton, dating back to
2007.
The move followed an application by City of York Council to York County
Court for an eviction order.
I'm assuming that she's a council tenant but what if she wasn't
I get on with my neighbours but if I didn't and caused them aggravation
could I be evicted as a home owner?
I own my home, have done for 10 years, so can they evict me and more to
the point what happens to my property, is it confiscated and sold, who
gets the money?
Fair enough these people deserve sorting out but I would be interested
for the legal side to be discussed in here.
