There was a guy on News 24 ( might have been someone from drinks
industry) making the very point that there were enough laws at present
to deal with the problems without bringing in new ones ...it simply
needed for them to be enforced ..Seems a sensible way to look at it
but WTF did common sense and Government work hand in hand .
