Default Terrorist attack in Bombay

I'm guessing that Osama Bin Laden was trying to sort out an overdraft, add
extra channels to his Sky TV package, or defer a payment on his car
insurance.
They redirected his through to a callcentre in India, where the operator
failed completely and repreatedly to comprehend his simple requests.
He lost his rag, and blew he **** out of the place.

Or do you think there could be a simpler, more sensible explanation?

Obviously the terrorists attacked the Indians because they envied them
their freedoms.
