BWB took MI5 before the Information Tribunal and refused to even find out what the case is about. They've admitted negligence and offered £ 3,000 but I want much more. Are you saying you *were* tricked? Seems unethical to me for them to take on a case that they knew wasn't going anywhere, but lawyers' ethics are a weird thing. -- One way ticket from Mornington Crescent to Tannhauser Gate please. |
