Builder wrecked our drive by

Recently had an extension built by a local builder. No problems or
complaints, happy with the job. Just one issue - the flagstone drive has
been wrecked as numerous skips were dumped onto it during the site
excavation (the builder arranged and dealt with skip hire as part of the
contract). I feel that if care had been taken - for instance, putting a
couple of scaffold boards across the drive...

Ever since I moved onto a council estate three years ago, I've
suffered from harassment from teenagers. Why they target me is
something I've never figured out. I can only suppose that it's because
I live by myself, don't seem to know many people in the neighbourhood,
and am the sort of mild-mannered bloke who never wants any
trouble...and as such, I'm the ideal person to pick on without fear...
