Tonight I passed at approx 50Mph (speed limit) a farm shop whose carpark is coned off, nobody was there and there a cone was blown into the main road as its very windy tonight. I was unable to avoid the cone becuase of a HGV on the other side of the road coming towards me, the cone has damaged my front bumper and fog light possbily more.
