SARN and Elec Suppliers by
Rachel
I got a call today from my elec supplier, "sorry you are leaving us..blah,
blah" I tell them I'm not and don't intend to. They told me who I was
"moving" to and I remember the salesman visiting a week to 10 days ago. At
this point I'm fuming. I call the new company and they tell me that they
have no record of me, no contract, I'm NOT moving to them..they give me the
number for MPASS (sp?) to see...

How much work do I *have* to do? by
Medallion Man
This may sound a little tongue in cheek, but I'm seriously trying to
figure out the underlying principles here, so please bear with me and
try to reply seriously. Mostly, anyway ;-)
I currently have gas supply to my house from Amerada, so they are
contractually obliged to deliver gas and read a meter once every two
years, and I'm contractually obliged to pay them for gas used at the
agreed...

Hi
Leave and claim Constructive Dismissal at an Industrial Tribunal - many
women do and end up with generous sums in compensation. No reason why you
can't
