You don't know that the stuff in the skip is just there as a bit of temporary storage and the...

Hi I posted a question a few weeks back about a shared drive we have with the neighbours from hell. They are constantly blocking access to our drive by parking cars on it and carrying out maintenance. I have just returned from Lunch at the local to find that they have now parked a car on the drive . Removed its alloy wheels and left it on axel

oops re-post letter to Croft Stan Mould by Stan Mould
Well, I may not necessarily be binned by BY permanenrtly. I haven't seen any documentation whatever from BY yet. I just couldn't get on last Friday, asked Tech Support why not and was told my account was terminated and there was a letter in the post. **** service, eh? I ripped the poor guy off a strip over it for 10 minutes, and also someone in what they are pleased to call 'customer service'...

Sexual Harrasment at Work by Female Colleagues by DDEckerslyke
Try Goooogling on "sexual harassment"' uk (note the spelling) I came up with this http://www.elac.info/ amongst other things The little bit I did read from the other links had no gender bias ie it did not assume you were a female being harassed by a male ( I read somewhere that 10 per cent of complainants were male). FWIW I had a good friend who was in a custody dispute for his children after...

must Solicitor follow Barrister's advice? by Benedict White
I am not a lawyer but; To reiterate the advice already given, but in a different way: A solicitor is not bound to accept the advice of counsel, nor is he fully protected from a suit in negligence is he accepts it without question. (You can sue him later if you want to and you have a case, please ask first) He can terminate his retainer with you if he feels the relationship has broken down and...

Software Issue by Angus Marshall
John wrote: Hi A while back I setup a payroll utility for a client. There were changes to it over a period of time. Every time there was a change to the system I offered the client to be on-site and run it with them to ensure that everything was right. If anything needs changing I would do it there before payroll actually went through.

WHINING ABOUT SPEED CAMERAS by Mike Girouard
Can someone please explain to me in simple, non-emotive terms exactly why they object to the presence of speed cameras? And why the government is even listening to these objections to the point where it is painting them yellow and warning motorists where they are located? It just doesn't make any sense to me. OK, nobody wants to be caught speeding. It costs money, time, embarrassment, etc. ...
