In all honesty, it has little real meaning. After all, if you have the
vehicle
and the person who sold it to you has not notified DVLA, what are the
police
going to do to you? After all, you're the buyer.

Normal Legal Practice? by

My young brother was sentenced today for 3 and a 1/2 years in prison for a
first time offence of assault and robbery in which he was involved with 3
other youths. He was 15 at the time and is 16 now, the others involved were

The solicitor we normally see has failed to turn up at court on a previous
occasion, stating that he didnt receive any letters from the courts asking

It has always been my understanding that you cannot drink, under 18, at a
pub *unless* you are having a meal, in which case, you can, if over 14...
At one local pub recently, I overheard it being said that you could not
drink if under 18 AT ALL, and at another pub a few weeks later, i heard
that you could if not within *sight* (??!!) of the bar...

Luke Sadowski pleaded guilty, but had he chosen to defend himself could
a claim of entrapment be considered mitigating?

council tax attachment of earnings by
sid
I owe £800 from last years tax bill & £1000 from this years ~ my CC has now
sought an attachment of earnings.
how much can they take out of my wages per month?
is it worked out on a percentage of what I owe or do they take what they
want & leave me with nothing?
can they legally request an attachment for this years after only 3 months?

I know she is having a tough time with life at the mo, and my eldest

Renting a flat for use as an office by
steve
We are about to set up a company (dotcom) & wish to rent a city centre flat
and use it as a temporary office.
There would be 5 employees total, if we needed to expand & grow the business
we would move out and get a proper office.
The benefit of doing this are that we wouldn`t be tied in for a big lease
and can keep the costs down for the initial first couple of years whilst
starting the...
