Hi there. Im currently paying for a high value TV which an ex boyfriend has kept from our relationship. The TV is from Curry's and I have around £800 to pay it off over a year and a half or so. harrassed by the LGO by
ho hum
I'll try to keep it short....
I had a current complaint about my local council.
Went on for a couple of years, so complained to the Ombudsman
The guy who used to be my local "council complaints officer" ( who refused
my initial complaint in the first place ) , is now promoted to "Corporate
Customer Standards Officer" who is the LGO's main contact and source for
information .
