Question on Limited company passing-off by
Worried
We are a Limited company, registered in England and Wales. We have recently
found out that another Limited company, registered in England and Wales, has
a Trading As (T/A) name which is the same as our Limited company name.
EG: Us Foo Ltd, them Bar Ltd. Bar Ltd t/a Foo.
Is there anything that can be done about this?
Thanks

Personally, I would argue that *not* saying 'no' to children (which seems to
be the current norm) is greater child abuse.

Moon proves the green house effect is b*llocks by
Lord Turkey Cough
Guess what the temperature on the moon is (same distance
from the Sun as Earth. Very cold you will wisely say because it
has no atmosphere to keep it warm llike the earth with it's
lovely greehouse gases.
So you would expet it to be about -30C would you not?
Guess what it can get to over 100C there.
PROOF THE GREENHOUSE GAS (CO2) THEORY IS WRONG.

Enquiry re noise nuisance caused during house alterations. by

Hi,
My friend rents the middle flat in a building comprising three
apartments, one per floor, the topmost owned. This top flat has
recently been acquired by a new owner who is modernising/repairing the
place, this has now been in progress for approximately eight weeks. As
may be imagined the noise at times is hard to bear and as my friend,
due to the nature of her employment, works from home...

More on BT DD charge by
Rev Adrian Kennard
Debated to death you would think, but there is a different angle on this...
I happened to come across a letter from BT today to a business customer
regarding the non-DD charge. I wonder if the consumer letters are the same.
The letter starts by saying that BT Payment Services Limited are
introducing a charge for bills not paid by Direct Debit. It goes on to
explain the charge.
