Question on Limited company passing-off by Worried
We are a Limited company, registered in England and Wales. We have recently found out that another Limited company, registered in England and Wales, has a Trading As (T/A) name which is the same as our Limited company name. EG: Us Foo Ltd, them Bar Ltd. Bar Ltd t/a Foo. Is there anything that can be done about this? Thanks

Very cold you will wisely say because it has no atmosphere to keep it warm llike the earth with it's lovely greehouse gases. So you would expet it to be about -30C would you not? Guess what it can get to over 100C there. PROOF THE GREENHOUSE GAS (CO2) THEORY IS WRONG.

Debated to death you would think, but there is a different angle on this... I happened to come across a letter from BT today to a business customer regarding the non-DD charge. I wonder if the consumer letters are the same. The letter starts by saying that BT Payment Services Limited are introducing a charge for bills not paid by Direct Debit. It goes on to explain the charge.
