I can't see how it will succeed, they would have to prove that McD staff
posted the pictures; they could have been posted by anyone or even the couple
themselves.

ANALYSIS: Is Labour using the police? by
MM
From the Daily Mail, Friday, 28 Nov:
"Within minutes of the news of Damian Green’s ‘Stalinesque’ arrest
breaking at Westminster, dark questions were forming in the minds of
the Tory high command.
"Namely, just how involved was the Home Secretary Jacqui Smith in a
decision to arrest a man who had been a thorn in her side for the past
14 months?

Today's BBC R4 'World at One' makes very interesting listening (again).
The item starts 19 minutes in. Tony Benn (23 minutes in) roundly

with Contempt of Parliament.
Man, that'd be something to see!

me that I can with the Asda Credit Card and continued with her sales

Can/do the authorities record mobile phone conversations? by
Alasdair
I was visiting an elderly couple whose son committed suicide. While
he was driving his car, he got a call from his wife on his mobile.
Whatever the wife said to him in the call apparently caused him to
pull into a lay-by and gas himself with the exhaust.
At the inquest, the coroner apparently leaned over his oak table,
addressed the wife and said to her: "Only you and I know what was
said in...

Staff use of PCs by
sky
Dear all,
Just wondering to what extent it it acceptable for an employer to examine a
PC which it is suspected has been used by a member of staff for purposes
contravening organisation policy?
If a member of IT staff were to check the PC in question for temp internet
and deleted files and report findings to management is that ok?
Thanks,
