Privatisation - Blair and other leftwingers versus the people by
stb1@gawab.com
I'm really angry at this fascist selling off of the British people's
councils and other property that is taking place. The man's even
selling off government itself!!!
PLEASE SEE BELOW to see that The Mitchel Library, in Glasgow, Scotland
- claimed by the Council to be the largest reference library in Europe
(although it's not) - has been "sold off" in a dodgy way to be a
private company. And yet...

I am negotiating a deal to leave the company I work for, and this part

Unclaimed Land adjacent to my property by
Graham
Hi
I hope someone can help
two years ago we moved into a property and found that our greenhouse was
standing on an area of country land which was outside the boundaries of our
land registry document. As it had been there many years, we continued to use
it.
Now a neighbour has said that we are straying onto his land. Problem is, our

no protection from incriminating yourself! by
Derek Hornby
Judges overrule law on self-incrimination.
By Frances Gibb Legal Editor
The Times 29 May 2007
Senior judges have dealt a blow to the ancient legal principle that a
person is protected from incriminating himself.
The Court of Appeal has decided that a man must hand over potentially
incriminating computer evidence.

Judgement in county court case by
CQMMAN
Hello,
I initiated proceedings against a company, and after deliberations,
they agreed to pay out the amount claimed in full, but without
admitting fault.
However since then, I haven't heard anything back.
If the agreed judgement date passes and I haven't received the cheque
(whether or not I hear anything further), can I still ask for a

Any pension guru's on here? by
diy-newby
I have 3 pensions, 2 of which are dormant from previous employers. 1 of the
dormant pensions had contributions paid into it for about 3 years, the other
one for about 6 months (so nothing much in there at all).
My 3rd pension is the one which I contribute into with my current employer.
Is it possible to transfer whatever funds are in the 2 dormant pensions into
the active one? Or, can...

My Aunt had 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Two of the brothers died before my Aunt one of these being my father. I understand that surviving children in this type of situation are entitled to a share of the estate.
To date I have not had any correspondence from the...

Accusations by
Farmer Giles
Person A receives a letter from his next door neighbour person B. In the
letter B claims that some damage occurred to his property a couple of
months back and he has 'concluded' that it was done by A. He concludes
by warning person B not to enter his property without permission.
The matter relates to a small change to person B's boundary (not his
boundary with A). Person A knows about it,...
