Negligent solicitor? by
fotonix
A couple of months ago, we bought a new property. We had the standard

which places serious restrictions on development. We are happy to
accept the designation and its principles, but should...

Webmanager_CritEst
"Justice DiMango said that Ms. Santiago, who was convicted of
manslaughter and two counts of assault but acquitted of murder, had
ignored her lawful obligation as a parent to try to save the dying
child. But the wide gap between the sentences raised questions about
whether Ms. Santiago shouldered an extra burden as she faced judge and
jury: the duty to be a good mother.

P, the other child in Manchester, the whistleblower, Haringey (a
double fault, after Climbie), and Haut de la Garenne, I haven't heard
a dickey bird from CEOP, Jim...

By Alasdair Palmer
Last Updated: 12:01am GMT 16/11/2008

you are a paedophile. You know you are not - but how do you convince
your prospective employers, who asked the CRB for any information its
holds on you?...
