Exclamation
Unjust Enrichment by samhuntford
Hi, I have purchased a camera from a camera store online in the UK. They failed to deliver it, so I complained, stating I had taken a day off work, and in the end we decided I could collect it from the store, and they would re-route my order to the store afterwards to replenish their stock. I asked for compensation for the day taken off work, the postage fee, and the inconvenience. A few days...

Is this time-barred due to the 14 day rule and if so, what should I do? Thanks,
