Whom are they claiming from?


No one as yet, but cynic that I am and in the light of the likely quality of
the "new evidence", combined with the simple fact that it is in anyway
unlikely to undermine their basic defence (which has already been repeatedly
ruled upon) the phrases malicious prosecution, abuse of process and unlawful
imprisonment spring to mind.
