Can someone confirm whether a public sector organisation has to publish
details of tenders received under either the EU directive or freedom of information act, to an interested third party? Many thanks |

The detailed costings in a tender might provide information that would be useful to a competitor in the same industry and so that for a time the information might be considered to be commercially sensitive - so the public authority might be able to withhold pricing information within the tender.
