Hi
I am part of an on-line community that has a forum. Some of the other forum users have started posting copyrighted material in their forum signatures, in the form of cartoon strips. Should the copyright owner decide to pursue for copyright infringement, would the people who run the community or the company that provide the webservers be liable? Chilly |
