Default legal aid for landlord and tenant cases

Is legal aid available for these types of case, if say the leaseholders were
to bring a case against the landlord?

In general I don't believe so, but there are Leasehold Valuation
Tribunal's of which a few organsations offer pro bona work. Try the
College of Law in Bloomsbury, they offer a free service, but I beleve
you would need to go through the LVT service to apply.

I don't believe so. Certainly, clients used to approach directly when I
did a stint there.
