I guess because there are other children. Naming the mother and/or
boyfriend would effectively identify them.

David Cameron said in the House of Commons that she is 17, but she
isn't. She is 27, as most of today's newspapers pointed out.

But she is actually 27.

As Paul says, it is almost certainly because of her other children.
