Problems with school by
qifuvkhb@trashmail.net
Hi
I am a single parent and my son often gets overexcited and finds it
very difficult to calm down. When this occurs he is very difficult to
handle.
He is often getting into trouble at school, and recently I have had
letters sent home regarding his behaviour. I have discussed this with
his teacher, although while some of the comments she made were
understandable, some of them indicated to me...

Assuming one has the right documents of course.
I ask this because the Terrorism Act contains a provision which
enables a police officer to require to be present when people embark
or disembark a commercial ship, or any aircraft.
It the general aviation context, this is...

Bounced cheques by
Joseph Hill
Someone told me that writing a cheque that goes on to bounce is a
criminal offence. If this is the case, under what legislation?
(I have some idiot I'm trying to get money out of, so far the best use
I have for his bounced cheque is proof of the debt)

Rear ended. by
Comfortably Numb
I was rear ended today by a young man at some traffic lights. We exchanged
details and then drove off our separate ways.
I haven't had a chance to get the damage inspected yet but my own inspection
leads me to believe that the damage is mainly superficial and, apart from
re-spraying the damaged area, would not cost that much to repair. The damage
to the young man's car was very...

Half way house by
Pete
Hi
I have recently moved into a new flat and was burgled within 2 days. I have
now discovered that the house next door is a "half way" house and whilst not
wishing to presume the burglar lived next door, I'm disabled and I'd rather
not be living here. Have I any recourse to either my lawyer, the vendors
lawyer , the estate agent, etc.
Thanks for any help

Debt Collectors by
Frank Booth Snr
Currently I am in dispute with a former ISP, who claim I owe them £35
for service provided in March and April, when in fact I rang up their
customer services in India, and cancelled my account with them last
February. The ISP claim that they have a record of my call then, but
that I did not cancel my account, I just complained about faulty
service, which I also did. In fact I made 2 calls to...

Getting an offenders name and address? by
A chap kicks my car leaving a £350 dent in it. Police attend and see damage
and later arrest the chap. He suddenly finds a witness who can prove it
wasn't him and CPS decide not to prosecute. I want to take legal proceedings
but the police will not give me his name and address. How do I get it?
Cheers.

signature validity after stroke by
keith
Please can someone help us with below?
My father in law recently had his 3rd brain haemorrhage, and also a stroke.
He's in hospital, paralysed on right side, but able to hear, grunt a bit,
see a bit and respond to most questions, although some days are better than
others. We expect some slow inprovement, but not much.
He has a private pension due to pay out in July, when he's 65, but the...

I have the same problem. The small birds scatter seeds out of the feeder

I found a BB gun is quite effective, only cost £7 or £8...

Parking ticket... Where does it need to be left? by
Paul Gray
Hi All,
For the first time this week, I received a parking ticket (PCN).
I have alittle query about the validity of the ticket, as it was placed
under the windscreen wiper on right at the end on the passenger side of the
car (hidden behind the tax disc holder at the bottom left corner of the
windscreen) so I did not see it until I had left the area in question (I was
about 1 hour away on...

Does a laboratory gas gun require a firearms licence? by
Gun Scientist
Hypothetical scenario:
In order to operate a gas gun, does one have to have a firearms
licence? Of course, a gas gun does fire small projectiles of various
descriptions from a few hundred m/s to several hundred m/s. It achieves
this by using compressed gas and a sabot. Higher velocities are
possible using further modifications. There is no doubt being shot by a
ball bearing moving at a few...

How legally binding is an online coach ticket? by
MilesG
If I purchase a ticket for a journey from, say, Watford to Luton Airport,
and, through sheer laziness, and not through act of God, riot, war, force
majeure, mechanical failure, traffic delay or any such circumstance
mentioned in the T and Cs, the driver terminates the journey at Luton Bus
Station, thereby encumbering me with a change of service, unplanned baggage
handling, and a consequent...

You can get the forms from your local court, if you want to do it
